Course Description

The Indian Patent Agent Examination is administered by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs, and Trademarks, or IP India as it is more popularly known.

Applications are now being accepted for the Patent Agent Examination and Training 2024. The Controller General of Patents has officially scheduled the Patent Agent Examination for January 7, 2024. The National Academy of Law & Management (NALAM) is committed to delivering expert training in Patent Law and Practice, meticulously designed to prepare individuals for the upcoming Indian Patent Agents Examination. Patent Agents, also known as Patent Attorneys, are specialized legal advisors crucial for guiding clients in protecting their Intellectual Property Rights.
